Training 2022: Service heroes with the x-factor
Every unique moment during our vacation contributes to our travel memories. As a service hero you can give your guests lasting memories that makes them stay longer, come back, brag about it to others…and leave more money than intended.
This year we offer training for English speaking service heroes working the summer season in Sørlandet. If you are new to the game – rocket start your career. Or get an energy boost if you just need new inspiration!
The course is online and lasts for approximately 3 hours. It costs NOK 500 pp for businesses who are partners of Visit Sørlandet. NOK 1000 for others.

About Rolf T. Øygarden
With solid experience from recruitment, sales, service and management in hotels, restaurants and as a sales manager at Kristiansand Zoo, Rolf will share his own experiences with you and provide you with great ideas and a practical tool box for success.
NB: The course requires a minimum of attendants.
